These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bdk99 ("Platform", "we", "us") and each individual who uses the Platform ("User", "you"). bdk99 operates as a safe and reliable online casino and betting platform for Bangladeshi players.

3 Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration Process

The name, mobile number, and payment method details provided at registration must all be consistent with one another. Accounts created with incorrect or false information may be closed at any time and the balance may be forfeited.
3.2 Password & Login Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password secure. You should not share your password with anyone. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you believe your account security has been compromised, notify our support team immediately.
3.3 Account Verification
bdk99 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. If you do not respond to a verification request, your withdrawal process or account activity may be temporarily suspended.
4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposits
Accepted payment methods for deposits on bdk99 are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (the same for each method). Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
Funds deposited into your account may only be used for gaming and betting activities. Transferring funds on behalf of a third party or for any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The payment method used for withdrawals must match the method used for deposits.
All active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made. If wagering has not been completed, the withdrawal may be held.
4.3 Payment Verification
bdk99 reserves the right to verify any withdrawal request. Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions, which may result in a delay in processing.
5 Bonus & Promotion Policy
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. Alternatively, a deposit of ৳14,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, bringing the total balance to ৳22,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer applies once per person, household, address, or payment method.
- Bonuses cannot be combined with any other offer unless explicitly stated.
- bdk99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
- Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
- A maximum withdrawal limit may apply to winnings from a bonus, and this will be stated in the details of each offer.
- If bdk99 determines that a player is abusing the bonus system, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
6 VIP Program
bdk99's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is awarded at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
Through active play, you can gradually advance to higher VIP tiers. Wagering requirements also apply to VIP cashback bonuses. bdk99 reserves the right to change the benefits, policies, or terms of any VIP tier.
7 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
7.1 Fair Play Commitment
bdk99 upholds a fair play policy. Games operated on our platform use verified technology, and every outcome is determined in a completely unbiased and random manner.
7.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Any form of cheating, hacking, or exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

- Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
- Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Deliberate misuse of the bonus system (bonus hunting).

bdk99 reserves the right to close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Creating an account with false information.
- Being identified as a minor.
